2022 Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be hosted virtually. The Annual General Meeting welcomes new board members and captures the highlights of our important work during the past year.
This year’s AGM will be held on:
Wednesday, September 28th
at 12:00 p.m. EDT (Toronto/Montreal time zone)
All are welcome to attend. The 2022 Annual Report will also be made available at that time. The AGM will be conducted in English.
The AGM Agenda Package including last year’s AGM Minutes and financials, can be found in the link below. Registration closes on September 27th at 5:00 pm Eastern time (Toronto time zone).
After registering, if you do not receive an email with the Zoom link within 5 minutes of registering, please contact us before September 28th.
